Qualified candidates hold an NH RN license, CPR, First Aid, and BBP certifications; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted RN license in NH is required.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications are required.
• Must pass NH criminal background and driving record checks.
• Prefer 1 year detox, emergency, or med-surge nursing experience.
• Knowledge of substance detoxification and withdrawal signs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission procedures and paperwork.
• Thoroughly search belongings and dispose of prohibited items.
• Administer and read tuberculin skin tests.
• Document nursing assessments, plans, orders, and progress notes.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor withdrawal.
• Maintain Medication Administration Records and administer medications.
• Coordinate with in-house and external professionals to ensure quality care.
• Develop treatment plans addressing medical issues with patients.
