Granite Recovery Center in New Hampshire is seeking a Night Registered Nurse to care for our patients in a residential facility.

Responsibilities include admissions, urinalysis, TB skin tests, nursing documentation, direct patient care, withdrawal monitoring, medication administration, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Formación

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire.
• Requires CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications.
• Must pass State of New Hampshire criminal background and driving record checks.
• Prefer 1 year of detox, emergency, or med-surge nursing experience.
• Prefer working knowledge of medical detoxification for substance abuse.

Responsabilidades

• Complete admission procedures and paperwork.
• Monitor urinalysis collection and admission belongings.
• Administer TB skin tests.
• Document nursing assessments, treatment plans, orders and progress notes.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor withdrawal symptoms.
• Maintain hygienic and safe work environment and documentation.
• Update Medication Administration Records and administer medications as ordered.
• Provide directions to technicians and develop treatment plans with individuals.
