Job summary

Adventist HealthCare’s Shady Grove Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse, Float Pool Level III for Med/Surg and ICU coverage. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, document outcomes, and mentor new staff within a 36-hour week.

Compensation includes a $70/hour rate, with per diem flexibility and a 3-shift schedule on days. Requirements: graduate of an accredited nursing program, 1 year ICU/Med/Surg experience, Maryland RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of ICU/Med Surg experience.
• Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care at the bedside.
• Document patient care and outcomes (electronic).
• Delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel.
