Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.

Responsibilities

• Collects assessment information including bio-psycho-social data, psychiatric history, and substance use details.
• Oversees medication administration and monitors biomedical status.
• Documents patient conditions, responses, and safety status.
• Participates in treatment team meetings and care plan development.
• Maintains medical records and supports the patient milieu safety.
