Job summary

TRU Healthcare is seeking a Per-Diem RN Case Manager in East Grand Forks, MN. This role is paid per visit and offers the potential to grow into a part-time or full-time salaried position as the agency expands.

As an experienced RN, you will travel to patients' homes, manage visits, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and mentor caregivers while delivering compassionate home health care. Strong licensing in Minnesota required.
