Job summary

Community Health seeks a per diem retail pharmacist for Brandon Community Pharmacy located in Brandon, VT. Under supervision of the pharmacy manager, you will dispense patient medications and contribute to safe, accurate medication use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in pharmacy or PharmD preferred.
• Must be licensed as a Pharmacist in Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, input and accurately dispense medications.
• Perform drug therapy reviews and medication management.
• Counsel patients and answer questions regarding medications, services, and disease management.
• Maintain proper drug storage and security; ensure recall records and inventory are accurate.
