VytlOne in Vermont seeks a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist for Londonderry and Springfield North Start locations. This clinic-based role supports providers in an integrated model, requiring prior retail pharmacy experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Pharm. D. and state licensure.
• Licensed to practice in Vermont.
• One year of pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and fill drug orders.
• Provide patient information and counseling.
• May act as pharmacist-in-charge in absence of store leader.
• Contact physicians regarding prescriptions.
• Dispense, compound and prepare I.V. admixtures if applicable.
• Monitor therapy for interactions and allergies.
