Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from a recognized Respiratory Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency with respiratory equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop care plans for respiratory needs.
• Perform treatments including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and airway management.
• Operate mechanical ventilators and support intra-hospital transport.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge planning.
• Support shifts as Shift Coordinator and serve as a preceptor for trainees.
