Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services under the Cardiopulmonary Services Clinical Supervisor at our 25-bed Critical Access hospital. This role requires NH licensure and state-of-the-art practice standards.

ACLS current or eligible; PALS and NRP within six months of hire; CPR certification required, neonatal resuscitation preferred. Per diem with 24-hour coverage and no on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved Respiratory Care program and NH license required.
• ACLS current or eligible; PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.
• CPR certification required; neonatal resuscitation preferred.
• Five years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services per prescriptions.
• Work under Cardiopulmonary Services Supervisor and practitioners.
• Deliver age-appropriate patient care; follow hospital policies and AARC standards.
• Support 24-hour respiratory coverage with no call schedule.
