Job summary

North Country Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services under supervision. This Per Diem position offers flexible hours with no call schedule due to 24-hour coverage by the facility.

The role requires NH licensure, ACLS/PALS/NRP or eligibility, CPR, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment. Prior clinical experience is preferred but new graduates are considered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved/accredited Respiratory Care program and NH license/registration required.
• ACLS certification or eligible for NBRC certification; PALS and NRP or obtain within 6 months.
• CPR certification and good judgment in diagnostic/therapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and diagnostic cardiopulmonary services per prescriptions and policies.
• Work under supervision of Cardiopulmonary Services Supervisor; interact professionally with patients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies; provide age-appropriate care in a 24-hour coverage setting.
