Job summary

Spindle is hiring per diem RBTs/Paraprofessionals to support K-12 students in a school-based setting. You can shape your schedule around your life using an app to select shifts that fit your availability.

Qualified candidates hold a valid RBT or paraprofessional certification, CPI blue card, and CPR. Experience with school-aged children is preferred, with a focus on collaboration with educators and parents to promote student success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver behavioral interventions and supports to students as directed by clinical or educational teams.
• Assist with implementing individualized education or behavior support plans.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to ensure student success.
• Accurately document progress and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond calmly to behavioral incidents using de-escalation techniques.
