Spindle is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to fill substitute, per diem roles near Downingtown, PA. This position focuses on 1:1 behavioral support for students during the school day, offering a flexible schedule and meaningful impact in the classroom.

You will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collect data, and adjust interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience supporting children or adolescents in school, clinical, or similar settings valued.
• Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques.
• Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency.
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable stepping into new classrooms and routines.
• Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate with educational staff and families.
• High level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Fill in as an RBT substitute on an as-needed/per diem basis
• Work 1:1 with designated students, providing skilled behavioral support throughout the school day
• Follow provided Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and data collection protocols
• Modify interventions in real-time under guidance of supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Foster an encouraging, structured environment that supports learning and growth
• Document daily progress and communicate relevant updates to team members
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold best practices in student care
