Responsibilities

• Greets, assists and directs visitors, residents and other callers.
• Coordinates with Recreation Department to provide various recreation activities.
• Receives messages, delivers items, notifies staff and facilitates communication as needed.
• Maintains files and an outlook calendar for guest room reservations and related tasks.
• Performs administrative duties and supports staff as needed.
