Job summary

Westside Care Center is seeking a per diem Receptionist to welcome residents, family members, and staff. You will answer questions and direct guests to the correct areas within the building.

Responsibilities include checking in guests, handling phone inquiries, transferring calls, and assisting residents in the reception area. Per diem role with as-needed shifts in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a healthcare facility, preferably as a receptionist.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; printing and scanning documents.
• Experience in rehabilitation or behavioral health is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests as they enter the building and answer inquiries.
• Follow facility policies and procedures under supervision.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff.
• Interact with residents and staff in the reception area and provide support.
