Westside Care Center is seeking a per diem Receptionist to welcome residents, family members, and staff, and to direct guests within the building. The role involves answering questions and supporting daily operations in a small healthcare setting.

The receptionist will greet visitors, manage inquiries in person and by phone, and coordinate with the Business Office Manager, Administrator, and Director of Nursing as needed. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a healthcare facility.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook; printing/scanning documents.

• Check in guests as they enter and answer inquiries.
• Follow policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate staff.
• Interact with residents and provide support in the reception area.
