Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• IEMA Accreditation in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (RT) Certification or Certificate Eligible. ARRT must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as ordered by a physician.
• Adheres to ALARA principles to minimize exposure.
• Maintains patient safety, identification, and history documentation.
• Reviews radiographs for quality and coordinates with RIS/HIS systems.
