Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our radiology team. You will perform diagnostic, operating room, and fluoroscopic procedures, while ensuring QA/QC for equipment and maintaining image quality.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• New Jersey State licensed to operate Radiologic Medical Equipment.
• BLS certification.
• Board Certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist. Preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication and high accuracy in imaging.
• Commitment to ALARA principles, infection prevention, and patient care.
• Pro‑active, solution oriented with strong customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate radiologic equipment and perform diagnostic, OR, and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Perform QA/QC for radiologic equipment as assigned.
• Manage image production including troubleshooting and downtime protocol.
• Maintain low repeat rates through proper technique and positioning.
• Utilize teleradiology applications to process imaging orders for remote dictation.
• Utilize EMR systems to process imaging orders including scheduling, transcription, billing, and documentation.
• Ensure continuity during equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
• Interpret, communicate and deliver age-appropriate care.
• Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological needs.
• Participate in clinical education of radiography students; cover on call as required.
• Meet physical demands such as walking, lifting, standing, pushing and pulling.
