Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures and provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will prepare radiographs, ensure accuracy, and assist in diagnosis and treatment as directed by the Radiologist.

Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, and maintaining imaging equipment while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of imaging procedures and patient positioning.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot radiologic equipment with proper sanitization.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures as directed by Radiologist.
• Obtains patient history and explains procedures to patients.
• Maintains equipment, ensures safety and comfort during procedures.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and monitors for need of revisions.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
