North Beach Rehabilitation Center in North Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with experienced physical therapists to deliver one-on-one rehab sessions, support treatment plans, and help patients regain mobility and independence.

Competenze

• Must pass Level 2 background screening via the Florida Clearinghouse.

Mansioni

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of rehabilitation programs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and activities to improve range of motion, strength, and flexibility.
• Educate patients and families on body mechanics, exercise techniques, and health promotion strategies.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and all policies and procedures.
