Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat patients per the PT plan and record daily treatment notes.
• Record weekly progress notes and patient progress.
• Assist in maintaining department and treatment area.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in maintenance and caregiver training.
• Report equipment problems and ensure safe operation.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team members regarding patient progress.
