Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our caring team. In this role you will assist licensed physical therapists, evaluate residents as directed, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life for our residents in a warm, supportive setting.

This per diem/PRN opportunity offers ongoing training, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and pathways for professional growth within a welcoming

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant certification (PTA-C) or eligibility to sit for the certification exam in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct PT evaluations, assessments, and interventions as delegated by the PT
• Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers on PT techniques and modalities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress
