Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem to join our compassionate team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will contribute to developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our senior residents.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans with a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement exercises, stretches, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and record patient progress and report to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure coordinated care
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay current with best practices
