Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to address changes in resident condition or progress.
• Assist with exercise programs, mobility training, and other physical therapy interventions.
• Monitor and document resident progress and report to the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and therapy sessions.
