The role focuses on assisting with treatment plans, performing evaluations, guiding exercises, and documenting progress while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs
• Implement and modify treatment interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Provide patient education and training on exercises, activities, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
