Job summary

North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team. You will support physical therapists, evaluate patients, and contribute to individualized rehabilitation plans in a flexible per diem role.

The PTA will educate patients on exercises and daily living activities, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and help maintain high standards of patient care in a dynamic home health setting.
