Job summary

Assured Home Health, part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver therapy per plan of care in patients' homes and to educate family members. You will work under a supervising PT and adapt to diverse home environments.

Responsibilities include gait and transfer training, documenting progress, and ensuring safety during therapy sessions for varied patient needs in Oregon. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current, licensed PTA in the state of Washington or eligible for licensure.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and the plan of care set by the supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active/passive exercise and gait training.
• Observe, document, and report patient responses to treatment.
