Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice physical therapy in Washington state.
• Must have a current drivers license or reliable transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Follow state-specific laws governing home care PT, work under supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises, gait, ADL, and transfers.
• Record and report patient responses to treatment; coordinate care with the healthcare team.
