Formación

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.

• Return residents to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Instruct patients on maintaining achieved levels of function post-discharge.
• Facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals.
