Spine & Sport Physical Therapy in South Oxnard seeks a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates in a per diem or part-time arrangement help support patient mobility and pain management.

The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, patient education, and collaboration with a nationwide clinical network to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home programs.
