Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care across Ventura County clinics. The role is per diem/part-time with a flexible schedule, offering the opportunity to work across multiple locations in Camarillo, Oxnard, Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures, home exercises, and prevention.
