Job summary

California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our per diem float program across Orange County clinics, including Irvine and nearby locations. You will assess, treat, and guide patients to regain mobility and reduce pain, working across multiple outpatient orthopedic settings.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state-regulated certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, goals, and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Delegate and use a PTA when applicable and maintain compliance with policies.
