Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in Nashville, Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling and per diem pay, with immediate placements available to support diverse clinical environments.

We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: ICU Registered Nurse in Nashville, TN.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS, CPI, NIHSS, ACLS
• Required Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Fresh tracheostomy, Infection Prevention, Intake and Output monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Acute Kidney Injury, Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Chronic/Acute Renal failure, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Fibrinogen, GI surgery, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), INR, Liver failure, Management of high-output drains, Medical Intensive Care Unit, PICC line management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, PT/PTT, Pulmonary edema, Pulmonary embolism, Recognition of infection in immunosuppressed patients, Respiratory failure, Suctioning (ETT, NT), TPN/Lipids, Urine output assessment, Ventilator Management
