• Required Skills: Acute Kidney Injury, Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Infection Prevention, INR, Intake and Output monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Management of high-output drains, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Massive transfusion protocol, PICC line management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Pulmonary edema, Pulmonary embolism, Respiratory failure, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Thermoregulation: hypothermia/hyperthermia, Titrate Vasoactive drips, TPN/Lipids, Urine output assessment, Ventilator Management, Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Emergency Medications, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Phlebotomy, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Titrate Cardiac drips
