Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an ER Registered Nurse to cover per diem shifts in Columbia, Tennessee.

This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency department while delivering high-quality patient care and supporting hospital operations. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS and PALS, along with a broad ED skill set such as blood product administration, rapid rhythm interpretation, IV start and maintenance, and management of adult and pediatric

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• ER-specific nursing skills and ED triage knowledge.
• Ability to handle complex emergencies in adult and pediatric patients.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Required Skills: Blood Product Administration, Continuous IV paralytics, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Drug overdose, Emergency Medications, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Identify/Report neglect or abuse, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV vasopressors, Manage / apply splints, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Neuro-Trauma, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suicidal patient
