Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents in improving mobility, strength, and independence under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program recognized by APTA.
• Active state PTA license/registration as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in accordance with state guidelines.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor and accurately document patient progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
