Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe Healthcare in Monroe Township, NJ is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support residents in improving mobility, strength, and independence under a licensed Physical Therapist.

Per diem scheduling, competitive benefits, and opportunities to work with an interdisciplinary team on individualized treatment plans. The role requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and active state license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program recognized by APTA.
• Active state PTA license/registration as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervision in accordance with state guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under PT supervisionin accordance withstate guidelines

• Assistin implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Monitor and accurately document patient progress

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to supportoptimaloutcomes

• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
