California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist in Lodi, CA. The role offers flexible shifts, including Saturdays, with a focus on high-quality patient care and outcomes.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, utilize modern outpatient practices, and benefit from flexible scheduling that fits around other commitments. This position emphasizes patient-first care and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team; proficient documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
