Physical Rehabilitation Network, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist in Concord, CA. Join California Rehabilitation and Sport Therapy for a flexible per diem role with shifts available throughout the week, including Saturdays.

Your schedule, your expertise, your impact. As a Physical Therapist with PRN, you will assess, treat, and guide patients to regain mobility and reduce pain. The role emphasizes collaboration with a supportive clinical team and the use of modern outpatient

Competenze

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities, goals, and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians for comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and integrate advances into practice.
