Job summary

Banner Payson is seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN as needed to cover PTO and sick time, with shifts from 8am to 5pm. This role is part of Banner Staffing Services, offering opportunities within Banner Health and flexible scheduling for registry staff.

The PT evaluates and treats patients, documents care, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess a current Physical Therapy license within the State of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to use computer software in patient care environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient functional abilities and determine if intervention is needed.
• Implement treatment plans and provide skilled therapy.
• Document according to professional guidelines and progress notes.
• Communicate results with physicians, nurses and care teams.
• Support departmental process improvements and scheduling.
