Job summary

Southbridge Rehab is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer weekly pay up to $45 per hour and a collaborative environment focusing on resident-centered care.

As a PTA, you will assist with data collection, treatment under a Physical Therapist, and participation in clinical program development. Must hold an Associate’s Degree in PTA and MA license with CEUs per licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in PTA and Massachusetts PTA license.
• CEUs must meet state licensure requirements.
• Per diem engagement with Massachusetts facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident treatments under physician order and plan of care.
• Perform as directed and participate in clinical program development.
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system promptly.
• Assist in administrative duties as assigned by Rehab Program Manager.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes.
