Qualifications

• Current license/registration to assist in physical therapy in the practice state.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Weekend rotation availability required.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and plan of care defined by supervising PT.
• Instruct patients in active and passive exercises and functional tasks.
• Observe, document and report patient responses and changes to PT and care team.
• Educate patient and family on therapy areas within PTA scope.
• Function effectively in diverse home care environments.
