Qualifications

• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Wisconsin.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in PTA studies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans with exercises and interventions.
• Conduct patient assessments and document outcomes per department policies.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and progress patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers on physical therapy topics.
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental policy development.
