Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in the skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, including assessments and interventions.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Design and implement customized OT programs addressing patients' needs and goals.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on activities and adaptive equipment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and plans.
