Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. is seeking a PHP Clinician for a per diem hybrid role in Stoughton, MA. The clinician will lead day-to-day clinical activities, supervise staff, and ensure timely completion of scheduled events with effective continuing care planning.

Pay is structured per diem for masters-level clinicians, with rates ranging by licensure: LICSW/LMHC/LMFT fetch higher rates than non-licensed masters. Prior regulatory experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a counseling or related discipline required.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Working familiarity with EMRs, tele-health, etc., and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track patient progress.
• Collaborate with program director to troubleshoot complex treatment situations.
• Conduct employee performance appraisals and staffing decisions.
• Provide direct clinical services including individual and group counseling and psychoeducational sessions.
• Coordinate care with payer requirements and perform utilization review as needed.
• Support cross-department coordination during patient transfers and hand-offs.
• Drive ongoing performance improvements in clinical care systems.
• Educate staff on documentation practices.
• Stay current on clinical and administrative best practices in behavioral treatment.
• Train staff on EMRs, telehealth, and Excel.
