Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Phlebotomy certification or training program or 3+ months experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred: 1 year or more phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately in the system and process billing as needed.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and support staff.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
