Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at Cherry Lane in New Castle, DE. This casual/per diem role involves blood collection across ages, specimen handling, and delivering excellent patient service.

You will work in patient service centers or client offices, with opportunities for growth within Labcorp. Some travel to additional sites may be required, and a PST incentive plan offers quarterly bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques across age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely in systems.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
