Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I for our Seattle-based South Lake Union campus. This per-diem position primarily runs Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and holiday shifts, under pharmacist supervision.

You will prepare, package, and label medications, process prescription orders, and triage medication-related inquiries while maintaining accurate electronic records and complying with state regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent. State license as Pharmacy Technician in Washington.
• Ability to perform pharmaceutical calculations and communicate clearly.
• Familiar with generic drug names and basic indications.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, package and label medications accurately.
• Process prescription orders and ensure correct billing.
• Triage medication-related calls and messages for pharmacists.
• Maintain and audit electronic medical records and inventory.
• Train pharmacy technicians, apprentices, and interns.
