Qualifications

• WA state pharmacy technician certification required.
• 1 year pharmacy technician experience or completion of Fred Hutch apprenticeship.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label medications accurately and efficiently.
• Compounding sterile IV admixtures including hazardous and Investigational Drug Service medications.
• Assist in training pharmacy technicians, apprentices, and interns.
• Triage calls and electronic messages related to medications.
• Interact professionally with staff and providers.
• Clean and restock sterile compounding areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned per regulations.
