You will compound and dispense pharmaceuticals under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, gaining hands-on clinical exposure in one of the nation's leading academic medical centers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• New York State Pharmacy Intern Permit.
• 6 months experience in a pharmacy setting.

As a pharmacy intern, you will compound and dispense pharmaceuticals and related items necessary for safe and appropriate patient use of drugs, in accordance with established policies and procedures and under direct supervision of a Pharmacist. This position is for Evenings and will include weekdays/weekends/holidays.

Onsite Requirement

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.

Salary

Salary Range: $41.00/Hourly
