Job summary

Genoa Healthcare in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and process prescriptions on an intermittent basis. The role supports in-clinic pharmacies and medication management, with a schedule of M-F 8am–5pm at Genoa facilities.

Primary responsibilities include distributing prescription medications, advising customers on use, and ensuring compliance with state pharmacy laws. Immunizations may be administered where allowed by state boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in AZ.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use.
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
• Local travel up to 50%.
